We will teach you how to build referrals and repeat business through the power of suggestion and influence.  We will share a 5-step selling process that has been proven in the industry.

As much as we like to sell and learn about new products we also have the reality of running a business as well.  You will learn how to get more leads with pepper marketing, set up a sales plan and how to recruit good salespeople.  There are even sessions how to interpret your financial statements and how to gain more strategic business partners like designers, contractors and realtors to name a few.

Scot Dietz is the CEO / Head Cheese at 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings. He started the business out of his garage in 2003 and has been through the highs and lows of business and has been able to grow it to an 8 figure window covering business today.

Scot started a weekly training program 15 years ago and it is one of the biggest factors that helped him succeed. Scot’s strengths are sales, marketing and recruiting talented people. He has a passion to motivate people and see them flourish through personal development and coaching. The company was set up with 4 core values: integrity, innovation, community and fun. Do things right ALL the time, find new ways to do things that the competition is not, create a culture of giving to others and most important, having fun each and every day.

Kathy Cragg Pace teaches modern sales for people who hate “salesy” people.  Her specialty is Elevated Design Sales for individuals and teams, empowering them to provide an irresistible selling experience.

Throughout her decades long career, Kathy has led her own award-winning design franchise, real estate and custom home-building companies, a network of large and small independent window covering business owners, and a nationwide retail team of in-home design professionals. She is currently Director of Sales for 3 Blind Mice USA, located in sunny California. O’D McKewan
The Product Coach

O’D is a self taught master of window coverings. With his background in construction, mechanics and sales he quickly mastered all the product knowledge available to him.

By studying the manufacturers’ reference guides and using that knowledge along with his vast knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship techniques he has become the most profitable salesperson in his company. Now almost two decades later, O’D is an Industry expert in all areas of window coverings and specializes in motorization and custom installations. He maintains an extremely high profitability on all of his jobs large and small due to his client’s confidence level in his abilities.

O’D has been a course instructor and coach for over 20 years and has the unique ability to explain difficult and complex subjects in simple and understandable terms with just the right amount comic relief. He continues to consistently research the industry’s products and trends to stay ahead of his competition and provide accurate and relevant information for his seminar and class attendees. He is a firm believer that applied knowledge is power and the key to his success.

Outside of work, O’D volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, coaches baseball, soccer, does robotics and enjoys spending time on his boat. He resides in San Diego, California with his wife of almost 20 years and their two children.

Yes, please continue the weekly trainings.  It’s a great opportunity for additional training and for our Designers to share their experiences and wisdom. Jason’s training sessions are well organized.  He is supportive,encouraging us to improve our knowledge, showing us new methods, helping us to close more sales.  Live webinars are especially  beneficial to me since we are too far away to attend the live meeting in person.
